" It is your responsibility to collect sales tax !! An information packet is available in the Chamber office- see Teri.

" NO DOGS allowed in any booth.

" FOOD VENDORS - expect a visit from the health inspector. There may be a fee for a food permit. DO NOT PUT GREASE or COOKING WATER on the lawn , streets or in the drains.
Place your garbage in the LARGE receptacles located near the food booths.

" ALL VENDORS - you MUST get your change for the weekend from the banks, businesses WILL NOT sell change over the weekend.

" When you close for the day, lower your EZ Up and secure the sides, see festival booth for assistance. If you are using your own booth, please secure. We are not responsible for theft or damage.

" At the close of the festival, you are expected to clean your area and rented EZ Up.

" Please report any damage to a rented EZ Up immediately, you are responsible for damages due to negligence.

" ALL vendors are asked to use weights to secure your booth, DO NOT use spikes unless prior authorization is obtained from Teri.

" Please use good judgement in determining the types of goods sold, we do not allow water toys in the park, therefor, do not sell them. We will not allow any toy that is determined to be extremely dangerous or illegal. The ORMF committee reserves the right to police your booth at anytime.

Please, DO NOT EXCEED your allotted vending area !!
This includes any tables, bikes ,chairs or blankets for your personal use.
We MUST maintain fire lanes and safe traffic flows.
