New Belgium brewing company has a history of being involved in the sponsorship of community cultural events. Two years ago when the festival was struggling for funding to keep the festival alive and free to the public, we contacted the folks at New Belgium for help. They pitched right in. Jack Simmerman from Teton Distributors was called in by Ron Setzer and Laura Parr from New Belgium and they made a committment to give the festival committee a solid base to work from. The festival was given a beer truck, supplies and enough product that when sold would cover one fourth of the festivals total cost. Not only that, they also sent New Belgium Reps to the festival to help out and be available to answer questions from the public. This year they have promised to also provide a classic "Fat Tire Bicycle" for us to raffle off as a fund raiser. So come to the festival and hoist a glass of the world class New Belgium brew and make money for the festival. In fact when ever you have a chance to buy a New Belgium product please do so as a way of saying "thanks New Belgium", for helping make this possible.
