RULES & REGULATIONS

NO Pets PLEASE!!!
We will not be policing dogs, but we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.  Due to the high volumes of dogs that we see each year, it has become impossible for us to enforce this rule.  If your dog is barking or becomes a problem in any fashion for anyone at all, you will be asked to remove it from the park.  Remember, if your dog gets stepped on, and it bites someone, that isn’t a problem you want to deal with.  So please, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. In the case that any of our performers have a pet, we will work with them to accommodate their needs.

  • Bicycles - Do not ride bicycles in the park or around the merchandise area during the festival. Please secure them outside the park area.

  • Skateboards, razors, or anything similar - These will not be authorized to be used anywhere on the festival grounds, including Main Street and JC Penney Drive.

  • No Sales outside Merchandise Booths - Vendors have paid to have a sales space and there will be no sales allowed outside their area. No vendors are allowed to send sales people out into the audience or festival grounds to make sales. Point of sale is at your allotted area. Any and all raffle sales for booths have to be done from the booth with the exception of any item or
raffle that directly benefits the festival itself. No sales of craft items, instruments, recordings, food or services will be allowed unless authorized by ORMF.

  • Vehicles – Any vehicle parked within a designated closed roadway, fire lane, or blocking another vehicle may be towed at owner’s expense.

  • Glass Containers – Glass containers are NOT allowed in the park! Do not bring outside glass containers into the park area as it is a safety hazard. We are a free festival and it costs us money to have the park cleaned up after people have thrown bottles and cans around. Please help us keep the park safe and clean!

  • Smoking – For the safety and comfort of all guest please smoke outside the perimeter of the park. Marijuana is NOT legal in Wyoming.

  • Please Take Your Chairs – To help us in cleaning the park at night, please take your chairs when you leave for the evening, ORMF is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Umbrellas and Tents – Please be respectful of your fellow festival attendees by not putting up your own umbrellas and tents. Thank you.
