CAMPING

Due to the fact that more and more campers are attending the festival, the city of Kemmerer has decided to open up overflow areas to those who are unable to get space in one of the commercial campgrounds or the several Forest Service or BLM Campgrounds in the area. For these free spots there are no reservations available. Registration must be in person during the festival and are given out on a first come, first served basis.

RVs

All campers wishing to utilize overflow camping must register at the ORMF Booth in front of the cabin in Triangle Park. You will be issued a map and a number to place in your RV or attach to your tent. This number will tell local police officials that you have registered for that space and will prevent you from being awakened at some unGodly hour. Campers will also be given a list of simple rules that will need to be followed.

These free camping areas are another reason that ORMF is the most popular festival in Wyoming. Please remember to be a good guest.

The Kemmerer City Outdoor Pool will be open for use Thursday, Friday, and Saturday between 1-5pm only. Times are subject to change due to staffing shortages. The cost to use showers is $4 per person. The pool is not open on Sunday. The pool is located at Archie Neil Park which is just up Topaz Street (the street by Bank of the West). 3 1/2 blocks from Triangle Park.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST - Available at the festival on Saturday and Sunday mornings provided for a small fee by the Kemmerer Rotary Club.

PICKERS - Ask about a Picker Pass. We'll try to group all those who pick and play in the same general area.

ATTENTION: There has been a change to one of the free camping locations used for ORMF.  The lot to the north of the event center was sold and is now private.  DO NOT SET YOUR CAMPERS UP THERE.  Colonial Street was part of this sale and is now private as well.  Colonial Street and the lot to the north are not fenced off yet.  DO NOT use Colonial Street to access or exit the free camping area which is now only located on the SOUTH side of the South Lincoln Training & Event Center.  Enter and exit the camping area only from Edna Avenue on the south side of the lot.
